What an amazing opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator with one-two years experience in Marketing or Campaign Management - agency side or in house. You will be joining a highly respected Global travel and tourism business with offices worldwide. You will be working from the amazing Barangaroo offices, boasting an amazing view, open plan offices and a supportive team. The team currently work a hybrid model, with at least 3 days in the office.

Reporting into a fantastic Head of Marketing, your primary focus will be on Campaign Management, supporting the development and roll out of marketing campaigns within Australia and New Zealand, covering both offline and predominantly online channels. Campaigns include:

- Brand and destination campaigns to raise brand and network awareness
- Tactical campaigns to push local pricing offers and drive bookings on the website
- B2B campaigns and marketing initiatives to engage Trade Partners

**What you will be doing**

Day to day accountabilities include:

- Helping to formulate briefs and liaising with external marketing agencies
- Reviewing campaign and marketing materials to ensure they are on brand
- Help to adapt and execute global campaigns into the local market
- Assisting in compiling post campaign reports in order to measure campaign effectiveness
- Working with internal stakeholders such as the Pricing team to gather updates and insights in order to optimise plans
- Working with partners to leverage activity to drive greater customer reach
- Feed in the requirements for programmatic media buy for regionally initiated campaigns to Head Office

The role is super exciting in that it will enable you to really stretch yourself and your marketing experience by working closely with the wider marketing team too. You will assist with local social media planning, building and scheduling local Facebook posts, assist with creating content for our website and eDM channels, working with internal Trade and Corporate teams on creating marketing collateral for Trade agents and corporate clients and supporting the People team with internal communications and merchandise orders.

**More about You**

You will be at Marketing Assistant / Coordinator level or maybe an agency AE or Junior AM looking to move client side. You'll be attracted by travel and tourism and the wave of enthusiasm and excitement that comes with it as we continue to drive out of COVID. You'll bring an abundance of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a solid level of literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Adobe Suite, social media scheduling, and Google Analytic skills are an absolute bonus. Super important is a Marketer who is adaptive to and embraces constant change. **Salary**

Salary package is c. $70k. The team operate a hybrid working model, with at least 3 days in the office. An immediate start would be ideal but we'll definitely be waiting for the right person for the role.
