We are looking for an experienced and passionate Service Delivery Manager for our new NDIS business, where you will enjoy the opportunity to contribute and make a real impact.

**About the role**

The role of Service Delivery Manager NDIS is pivotal to the success of our new business. It reports to the Director and contributes to the on-going development of the service through involvement in strategy, continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance to increase business performance.

**Key responsibilities will be to**:

- Lead our NDIS team including Team Leaders to support our clients in residential care by providing exceptional support services
- Develop effective working relationships with representatives and practitioners across the region as well as with other referral and service delivery partners, families, and communities.
- Develop, train and support staff to problem-solve with a solution focused approach and contribute to consistent, yet innovative work practices.
- Operate in a compliant manner within quality frameworks, funding guidelines and Dessa policy and procedures.
- Analyse and prepare complex reports for external stakeholders using highly developed written and verbal communication.
- Prioritise competing demands, meet deadlines and achieve targets within the NDIS business unit
- Ensure compliance to Workplace Health & Safety, including quality assurance and reporting requirements.

**Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience**
- Qualification in a relevant field of social, health, or community services
- Experience in managing Supported Independent Living (SIL) and a strong understanding of NDIS
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission including frameworks and legislation as it pertains to clients.
- Experience in leading a team to ensure continuous improvement, legislative compliance, quality assurance and a culture of safety.
- Experience in mitigating operational risks, incidents, complaints, and feedback

**Essential Requirements**
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Current Driver's license
- Current NDIS Worker Screen Check
