**What’s the role?**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Lending Assistant**around the South Coast area **,**to support our internal lending operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth and compliant loan processing.

**What do I need?**
- Experience in lending operations, banking, or financial services (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan processing platforms
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in lending (desirable)
