**Responsibilities**
- Work across multiple teams across marketing and the sales to gather requirements, build journeys, monitor results, and continuously optimise campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and digital teams on technical requirements to support new campaigns and enhancements.
- Develop trigger-based campaigns or ad-hoc campaigns as needed to support the business needs and drive results.
- Partner with analytics/reporting, testing, and marketing teams to drive performance of cross-channel campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Brand Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Development teams to deliver compelling new personalized customer journeys.
- Develop engagement and customer communication strategies that continuously articulate and reinforce the product’s value and purpose to foster retention and increase customer lifetime value.
- Leverage research, insights, and campaign results to make data-driven decisions, including identifying potential profitable new retention channels.
- Manage the operational aspects of new features such as personalization, dynamic content, targeting, and triggers.
- Rollout diverse testing strategy to optimize ROI and establish number of marketing touches to drive conversion and improvements in LTV.
- Assist, as needed, with broader digital marketing initiatives that help drive growth for the site and brand overall.
**Knowledge and experience**
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in a campaign management role - ideally in a large B2C consumer company.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Pardot to execute base management campaigns.
- Experience with Oracle-Responsys campaign management is also an added benefit, either or both utilized to create trigger-based campaigns.
- Understanding of campaign performance drivers and experience optimizing
- Demonstrated track record of building and optimising cross-channel customer and prospect journeys.
- Superior organizational skills with ability to manage detailed work.
- Creative problem solver and shows perseverance when presented with barriers.
- Must be approachable and a strong team player.
- Self-starter that works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong written and communication skills are a must.
- Proven ability to communicate and build cross functional relationships.
