We have partnered with this business to offer an extended reach in the Senior Broking people's market. In short, we are seeking to resource an Broking Manager who will be empowered to lead, strategise, maintain and grow the business.

This is an opening which can provide a platform for someone to curve out a progressive stage of their career. Whilst given the empowerment to operate autonomously this role will sit across the leadership team and offer exposure working alongside the Director, Senior Stakeholders & market partners.- As an Broking Manager your duties will include
- Effectively manage and grown an existing Commercial/Corporate General Insurance portfolio
- Proactively manage the existing book of business while identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships within the market
- Strategies and execute team direction, growth and development
- Partake in leadership meetings and operational initiatives
- Provide an exceptional service to all clients, staff and stakeholders

Essential Experience
- Experience in General Insurance, cross-class experience is highly sought after, confidence in Broking capabilities is essential
- Knowledge of the Commercial/SME/MidM/Corporate markets
- Ideally you will have experience placing complex risks and knowledge of the GL market
- Demonstrable people management and leadership qualities
- Tier 1 broking qualification and ideally Diploma of Insurance Broking
- Proven track record of maintaining an existing book of business while further developing it and maintain new clients
