Aid the sales team in meeting sales objectives by prioritizing sales orders and managing inventory to guarantee customer happiness. Role is also task to establish and maintain positive relationships, with both internal and external partners.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Support sales team to reach sales objectives**
- Handling customer requirements including but not limited to quotations, order entry, process samples request, technical support, manage customer forecast.
- Generate sales reports as the need arises.
- Follow up overdue customer payments with finance co-ordination.
- Proactive customer communications.
- Develop customized orders with sales team.

**Sales Orders & Inventory Management utilizing SAP**
- Enter customer orders, timely processing through to warehouse for pick and dispatch and invoicing.
- Manage local warehouse inventory levels.
- Plan and process purchase orders for stock replenishment utilizing forecast and customer demand.
- Manage all incoming shipments with shipping and customs clearance agents.

**To ensure customer satisfaction**
- Attention to detail of customer orders for right first time.
- Assist to drive customer complaint handling process.
- Monitor purchase orders with Lonza affiliates for timely delivery, communicate any change in delivery date to relevant parties.
- Regular key customer meetings.
- the Supply Chain Department according to the requirements of the specified standards.

**Key requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or any relevant field.
- Significant years of relevant Customer Service experience and with exposure in export documentation for the different SEA countries.
- Understands the required document support for export sales.
- Work experience in industries like Chemical, Food, Pharma, Medical or related.
- Highly motivated individual with experience from a MNC environment.
- Good commercial acumen and hands-on experience supporting sales personnel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft AX Dynamic or SAP.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
