**The Opportunity**

ANC is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Customer Experience & Administration Lead. This pivotal role suits someone enthusiastic who loves providing quality customer service, resolution and delivering a high level of attention to detail. A fundamental requirement and measure of success in this role is to provide customers with a positive experience and reflect these results within the key measurables.

The Customer Experience & Administration Lead is also responsible for supporting the Customer Experience Manager (CXM) with the daily administration duties including conducting analysis, problem solving, processing information and payments.

**Own**: the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer / client / stakeholder needs and objectives. Ensuring all processes are followed and there is appropriate utilisation of the relevant systems.

**Support**: the CXM with resolving/investigating ad hoc queries, administrative support and ad hoc projects in accordance with direction set by the CXM. Ensuring all administrative procedures are followed correctly and in a timely and efficient manner.

**Provide Insights**: by conducting regular reporting on behalf of the broader ANC team to be distributed accordingly to the relevant teams / individuals.

**Influence**: by fostering an environment of continuous improvement by challenging existing ways of doing tasks and investigating new opportunities for improvement whilst building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client and stakeholder relationships

- You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- You have demonstrated experience within an administration position
- You can demonstrate a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- You’re competent in Microsoft Office and using industry related systems as required
- You excel at problem analysis and have a high-level of problem-solving and analytical skills
- You can coordinate with internal departments to find the solutions and resolve them
- You’ve got quality interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
