Min. 8-10 years in recruitment with strong focus on metrics
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Ability to hire at an entry level from campuses while keeping the Amazon bar high
- Strong interpersonal skills which would translate into effective relationship building across campuses
- Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation
- Have managed multiple stakeholders at a Hiring Manager level
- Ability to drive various branding and engagement activities across campuses in Australia and New Zealand
- Strong written & verbal communication skills. High quality report preparation.
- Full-lifecycle recruiting experience
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member
- Manage a group of 4-6 businesses and relevant senior stakeholders by becoming sole point of contact for their campus related activities
- Contribute and lead written strategy documents and new ideas for the SP team and make an impact across APAC and global Student Programs team.
