Marketing and Student Recruitment Officer, and Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager

Harbourside Institute of Australia is a fast-growing registered vocational education provider (RTO Code: 45530 CRICOS Code: 03670D) based in Sydney CBD. HIA is currently seeking Marketing Officers and Marketing Managers to join our dynamic and dedicated team. Both onshore and offshore marketers are welcome, especially specialising in Asia, South America, and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Implement student recruitment plan and strategies, and student service strategies
  • Implement marketing campaigns and tactics to recruit students, monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • To identify current market trends and business opportunities
  • Liaise with all the recruiting agents and staff and maintain on-going positive relationships with onshore and offshore education agents
  • Liaise with and manage recruitment agents to ensure the quality and compliance of marketing materials for agent use and provide report and feedback on each educational agent regularly.
  • Assist in processing student application and enrolment
  • Ensure a high standard of excellent customer service is being provided to all students and agents
  • Other tasks as required from time to time.

Selection Criteria

  • Enthusiastic about marketing and customer service
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Fluency in English and at least one more language
  • Ideally an established network of education agents or direct market contact
  • Ability to work as a part of the team and the ability to work independently and proactively
  • At least two years working experience in CRICOS education marketing
