**About the role**:
As HR Business Partner, you are dedicated to providing high level HR expertise, knowledge and support to our Operations teams across our Erskine Park and regional NSW stations. Based at Erskine Park you will collaborate and strategise alongside a national team of HR professionals to ensure consistency and best practice are delivered at FedEx.
- Provide support and HR excellence to both employees and leadership on employee relations matters
- Support key people initiatives, projects, and daily business activities
- Develop and maintain HR knowledge and understanding of relevant FedEx principles, processes, tools, and best practice
- Provide employee relations advice proactively and become a true partner of the business by developing appropriate solutions for people issues
- Build and develop strong lasting stakeholder relationships with key departments across the business by providing accurate, timely and appropriate advice
- Build a strong working relationship with the national HR team to provide a unified HR support structure across the network

**Experience required**:
- Minimum 5 years’ human resources experience
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
- Experience operating in a complex industrial environment
- Experience working with unions on people matters is mandatory
- Ability to interpret industrial instruments

- Ability to operate in a fast moving, dynamic and fast-moving environment
- Ability to connect with all levels of the organisation from Senior Managers through to Couriers
