Kiddo Kove, Kids Cafe located in Macquarie shopping centre, is looking for an experienced receptionist to join our small team. Someone who has excellent customer service standards and is comfortable with standard admin tasks.

**About KiddoKove**

KiddoKove is a cove for kids and parents - a play centre for children aged 0-8 and a leisure cafe for their carers. It's a place to play and party. Our goal is to create an engaging, fun and safe environment where kids engage in captivating activities or various parties and events.

**To be successful in the role, you will be required to show the following attributes**:

- Providing information about entry prices and membership services to customers
- Answer telephone calls to take messages from clients or to provide information
- Receive and greet walk-in customers and make them feel welcomed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent English)
- Explaining birthday party packages to customers as well as booking and scheduling parties
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Complete everyday cleaning task
- Self-motivated
- 1 or more years of experience in a similar role: Reception/Admin, Customer service, retail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: based on experiences

Schedule:

- 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Sunday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Working with Children's Check

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
