With over 20 companies under the Group umbrella, we have over 200 staff located across Australia, NZ, US and UK. This role will be based in our 9 Dundas Lane office in Albert Park.

We are seeking a talented, experienced and self-motivated Receptionist / Administrator, with a really strong customer focused approach, to job share this role. This is a part time role working 5 days from 2pm
- 6pm (Mon - Fri)

This is a busy and hands on role that will involve meeting and greeting all visitors, directing all incoming calls, answering various inquiries from the public and assisting with clerical and admin support for the various companies when required.

To be considered for this role it is critical that you have an engaging and vibrant personality that enables you to build rapport and create an initial first impression that is consistent with the Mushroom Group culture and vibe.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in working in a busy receptionist/admin position and managing a switchboard, possesses excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a strong attention to detail and most importantly has the willingness to follow through and provide exceptional customer service.
