**Description**:
**Roster**:
Shift times are 13.00 until 21.00 or 13.30 until 21.30
Thursday through Monday with RDO of Tuesday and Wednesday
OR
Sunday through Thursday with RDO of Friday Saturday
As a Duty Manager your role will involve;
Assisting the site manager to manage teams across multiple outlets
Assist with stock ordering and stocktaking
Merchandising and food presentation
Ensure cleanliness across all sites
Adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices
Assist the broader team as required
**Skills and Experiences**:
What are we looking for?
Passion for food and presentation
Previous experience as a Barista, RSA would also be advantageous
Punctuality & reliability
Operational management experience
Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
Adherence to food & general safety practices
Current First Aid Certificate
NSW Food Safety Certificate
