**Salesforce Technical Administrator**

Brisbane, QLD
$120 - $130k + Super

**What you will do**:

- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement the best solutions
- Design and document data structures and flows
- Deploy components to environment branches
- Support QA and UAT testing
- Configure SFDC objects, fields, and layouts to align with requirements, security, and structure
- Contribute to idea generation and requirement analysis, and develop user stories
- Translate functional requirements into conceptual and technical designs
- Handover technical projects to support and governance teams
- Participate in SFDC release and update reviews
- Contribute to global governance functions and procedures
- Provide technical support to user cases, especially post-deployment.

**Who you are**:

- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, ideally in an administration role
- Must have Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience with Salesforce implementations is highly valuable
- Ability to train and support non-technical staff in Salesforce use
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and expertise in troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective prioritization and issue escalation abilities
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Process Builder, formula fields, and validation rules
- Strong ability to develop and support Salesforce analytics, including complex reporting and dashboards
- Experience working with Agile development teams using SCRUM
- Strong ability to perform data cleansing and mass updates for users
- Highly organized approach to work
- Multitasks and completes multiple tasks within required time frames and quality standards
- Uses Case, Project, and myBIT formats to plan daily activities.
