In this role, you will work within a team to provide Salesforce-focused solutions which meet business requirements. Your focus will be on the developing the Salesforce platform with a strong emphasis on Apex and Visualforce components. Experience in Omnistudio development is highly desirable, as you will be required to maintain existing and create new Omniscripts and datamappers.

What you'll do:

In the capacity of Salesforce Developer, you will be immersed in a diverse array of intellectually stimulating projects that demand both technical proficiency and an astute understanding of organisational requirements. Your daily endeavours will involve close collaboration with colleagues from various disciplines as you design, implement, and refine sophisticated Salesforce-based solutions. You will be entrusted with responsibilities ranging from constructing robust components such as Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages to integrating external systems via REST APIs. Furthermore, you will contribute significantly by maintaining cloud applications within OmniStudio, supporting data security initiatives, troubleshooting intricate issues, and empowering users through thoughtfully developed training resources. Your vigilance in monitoring system health coupled with your responsiveness in providing support will be pivotal in ensuring sustained success for end-users as well as the broader organisation.

  • Develop and refine Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs) to augment the capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
  • Compose comprehensive test classes for both new and existing Apex code to ensure robust performance and maintainability.
  • Design, construct, and enhance Visualforce pages tailored for Experience Cloud sites to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Develop and sustain cloud applications within the OmniStudio managed package, including the creation of new Omniscripts and datamappers as required.
  • Establish and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs to facilitate efficient data exchange across platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining online forms and software integrations to streamline business processes and improve user engagement.
  • Support penetration testing activities while upholding data security standards throughout all facets of the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide timely assistance to users by addressing queries, resolving technical issues, and offering proactive guidance to maximise system adoption.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in existing Salesforce implementations to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Identify, develop, and deliver engaging training materials aimed at onboarding new users as well as enhancing staff proficiency with Salesforce.

What you bring:

To excel as a Salesforce Developer within this context, you will bring forth substantial experience traversing multiple dimensions of the Salesforce ecosystem-particularly in crafting bespoke solutions utilising Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and OmniStudio tools. Your professional background should encompass successful delivery of integration projects involving REST APIs as well as hands-on involvement in supporting secure cloud environments. You will exhibit an aptitude for resolving complex challenges through effective troubleshooting techniques whilst demonstrating empathy towards end-users by providing clear guidance and support. Your interpersonal acumen will be evident when collaborating within cross-functional teams or delivering training sessions designed to instil confidence among staff members.   • Demonstrated experience developing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Visualforce pages within Salesforce environments.

  • Practical experience with OmniStudio development-including Omniscripts and datamappers-is highly desirable for maintaining advanced cloud applications.
