Learning & Capability Manager

**How will I help?**
The Learning and Capability Manager is responsible for partnering with both HR and business representatives to deliver learning and capability related initiatives aligned with the Group’s annual People Plan and enterprise-wide business objectives.
Your role will include:
- Assist with the identification of tertiary and vocational educational opportunities aligned to enterprise-wide initiatives and programs (e.g. Micro or Nano credentials, subscription learning solutions etc.)
- Participate in the identification and management of risks associated with educational partnerships and solutions
- Assist with the maintenance, monitoring and review of solution and educational partnership effectiveness
- Assist with the development and maintenance of governance processes associated with capability frameworks managed within Group Learning & Capability’s purview, including maintenance of self service and online resources and materials, forum preparation and outcomes etc.
- Develop high quality comms and engagement materials (presentation packs, visuals, QRGs, FAQs and other materials) that support Group Learning & Capability activity
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Divisional Capability Leads and SMEs through effective communication, negotiation, and influence
- Be an advocate for Group Learning & Capability offerings

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to develop & implement critical initiatives aligned with Divisional and HR strategic priorities. You will demonstrate agility and flexibility in a dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.
You will bring:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, learning and development and/or organisational development environment
- Advanced presentation/creative communications skills
- Experience in process mapping and/or documenting of key processes, procedure development
- Basic data analysis, reporting and interpretation skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a high performing team
- Experience in a Financial Services environment is desirable
- Experience with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) is desirable
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, and an adaptable and proactive personality, and willingness to take ownership
- Effective communication and presentation skills
