About the role
- Manage court listings in consultation with associates and registry staff, and provide court-related administrative support to judges, associates, legal practitioner, clinical staff, participants and external service providers
- Provide information and authoritative advice on court procedures and practices to relevant stakeholders including legal practitioners, police officers, corrections officers, government agencies, participants and the general public.
- Demonstrated experience in courts administrative capacity is essential
- A law, criminology or related qualification highly regarded
- The CCV DATC pilot program sits alongside the Magistrates' Court of Victoria's (MCV) Drug Court Expansion projects. The CCV DATC pilot and the MCV expansion projects are governed, managed, and executed through an integrated and multi-jurisdictional approach to enable efficient use of resources.
