**Business Officer**

The Business officer role supports nine statutory and NSW RFS committees by providing a range of administrative and secretariat services, including collation and distribution of agendas and business papers, organisation of meetings and minute taking. The role maintains registers for the business unit ensuring documents are managed in compliance with records management policies and processes all financial accounts within the team.
- Working with boards and/or committees to provide high level administrative support
- Managing multiple tasks concurrently while providing exceptional customer service outcomes
- Establishing and maintaining solid, collaborative working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Working both independently and within a team environment, with a drive to succeed
