**About the Role**

As a **Talent Partner **, you’ll oversee a Talent Acquisition portfolio while contributing to broader talent initiatives that support our long-term business strategy. Your work will be central to building the foundations of a truly integrated talent function.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Acquisition**:Manage end-to-end TA activities for a defined portfolio, ensuring we attract and engage top talent.
- **Succession Planning**:Partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- **Internal Career Programs**:Develop strategies that enable our employees to navigate and grow their careers within the organisation.
- **Internal Capability**:Build initiatives that upskill our workforce, aligning talent development with business needs.
- **Employee Value Proposition (EVP) & Employer Branding (EB)**:Help tell our story, creating a compelling EVP and employer brand that attracts and retains exceptional talent.

**To succeed in this role, you will bring**:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or HR business partnering with a focus on strategic initiatives.
- A strong understanding of talent practices, including workforce planning, internal mobility, and succession management.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in designing and delivering innovative programs in areas like early careers, career pathways, or capability development.
- Passion for employer branding and building an EVP that resonates with diverse audiences.A change-ready, solutions-focused approach to driving meaningful transformation.
