As our creative output grows, we're searching for a **Social Media Video Editor** who can shoot and edit compelling vertical videos designed for today’s fast-moving platforms.

**Your Role**

We're looking for a **fast, creative, and detail-oriented video editor** who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong eye for visual storytelling on mobile. You'll be responsible for:

- **Editing short-form vertical videos** (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) for **client social media ad campaigns**:

- **Shooting and editing 2-3 internal social media videos per day** for SoudCoh’s own brand (in-office and surrounding areas)
- Creating scroll-stopping, high-converting video ads across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Cutting footage, adding captions, transitions, sound design, motion graphics, and dynamic effects
- Repurposing content for different placements and formats
- Ensuring rapid turnaround without sacrificing quality
- Collaborating with creatives, copywriters, and strategists to bring concepts to life

**What You Bring**
- 3+ years of experience editing social media content for agencies, brands, or as a freelancer
- Proficiency in **Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve**, or similar editing software
- Strong understanding of **portrait-first content** and mobile consumption behaviour
- Ability to self-shoot content with a phone or camera (bonus if you own gear)
- Creative instincts for pacing, hook writing, platform trends, and visual aesthetics
- Comfortable working with **tight timelines and multiple daily edits**:

- Bonus: Photoshop, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or basic animation skills
