**The Opportunity**

Our NSW Schools Contract require x3 Assistant Cleaning Supervisors to support our Area Supervisors in ensuring quality cleaning services are delivered in Public Schools and Government offices across Western Sydney.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Regularly conducting cleaning duties to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conducting inspections of sites and client meetings when required.
- Ensuring all sites are compliant in relation to site documentation, equipment, chemicals and consumables to achieve contractual compliance.
- Support and assist in the management of workplace safety and injuries.
- Provide instruction and training (where required) to cleaning staff.
- This role requires the incumbent to have availability for emergency situations after hours.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated cleaning supervisory experience or comprehensive cleaning experience with ability to supervise staff.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated decision making abilities combined with a developed level of innovative thinking.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
- Intermediate written communication and IT skills.

Please note that as part of the recruitment process, you will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol test) and be able to obtain a police, and Working With Children Clearance (WWCC).
