About the Role

We're expanding our team and seeking motivated, reliable and compassionate casual cleaners and maintenance workers to join us.

No two days are the same — you may be restoring a property, completing a deep clean, or assisting with a commercial project.

Your duties will include:

  • Performing detailed forensic, trauma, and biohazard cleans (training provided)
  • Deep cleaning of residential, aged care, and commercial spaces
  • Garden and outdoor property maintenance
  • Pressure washing, site sanitation, and waste removal
  • Completing job reports and following safety procedures
  • Working both independently and as part of a small, supportive team

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who bring integrity, professionalism, and compassion to every job.

You'll need:

  • Experience in cleaning, facilities, or maintenance (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Ability to complete Police, NDIS, and Working With Children checks
  • Police, NDIS, and Working With Children checks must be completed before commencing employment
  • Flexibility for varied shifts across Sydney metro
  • Australian work rights are essential for this position
  • Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required in challenging environments
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg safely and efficiently in challenging work environments
