We are currently seeking experienced
**_Electrical and/or Civil Project Supervisors _**with either construction, civil or utility experience to join our Projects Division as part of the UGL/Endeavour Energy Alliance. This is very exciting opportunity to join the Alliance as they roll out 15 to 20 Major Projects, mostly in the Western Sydney growth corridor, including the Aerotropolis. The work includes the construction of new zone substations including civil and building works, and the construction of new transmission and distribution feeders to the substations.

Based in Huntingwood and reporting to the Project Directors you are also responsible for;
- Safety Management with a focus on Contract and Contractor Management
- Site implementation of project specific delivery, safety, environmental and risk management plans. Assisting PMs with the development of these plans.
- Field supervision and supporting the PMs through the design, construction, and commissioning phases of the project.
- Promote UGL’s ‘One HSE’ Culture

You will work with diverse teams and be responsible for creating an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another.

**Ideally you will have**:

- Cert III in a relevant Electrical or Civil qualification
- 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Solid communication skills with the ability to establish clear lines of control and delegation
- Customer focus, team oriented, accountable and results driven
