**About the Role**
This role implements the systems and processes that enable effective delivery of safety and wellbeing outcomes. A credible and trusted advisor, providing quality guidance to people leaders, managers, employees and Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs), to identify, monitor and manage risks in accordance with legislation and policy.
- Work across four streams of safety and wellbeing functions: OHS, Wellbeing and injury management, Child Safe Organisation and Covid Safety and Wellbeing Response
- Provide guidance to people leaders, managers, employees and Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs)
- Deliver programs to respond to wellbeing, child safe and Covid-19 risks

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position, developing and implementing safe systems of work
- Understanding of injury management and wellbeing issues, with experience in directly supporting injured workers
- Ability to prioritise and manage a variety of complex tasks under tight time constraints
- Experience in using incident management and HRIS systems, with advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Understanding of the safety and wellbeing challenges arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, with experience working on response programs highly valued.
