Right now, we are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our multi-award-winning French-Vietnamese restaurant & cocktail bar.

Located in the heart of SkyCity, Madame Hanoi shares the story of French influence on Vietnamese cuisine through beautiful bold favours and an electrifying energy.

**_So, what does the role look like?_**

Madame Hanoi is one of SkyCity's most popular award-winning culinary destinations, and this role plays an integral part in continuing the success of this venue. This exciting opportunity will see you supporting the Restaurant Manager and working in an energising and vibrant venue.

You will impart your knowledge and expertise to our Food and Beverage offerings and popular events such as Hendrick's High Tea. You will nurture your team by leading from the front and promoting exceptional service delivery. You will ensure your team have the right knowledge to complement and enhance customer experiences.

**_ What you will look like?_**

You will have previous management experience in a fast-paced environment and be able to think on your feet and make sound decisions when under pressure. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills will allow you to build high performing teams and promote inspirational leadership amongst the team. You will possess a real passion for hospitality and back it up with your amazing product knowledge.
