**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who can rally the troops, serve up mind-blowing customer experiences and rock the role of a true 'hands on' leader. You'll be teaming up with our Venue Manager like the ultimate revenue-boosting dream team. But hey, here's the deal - you're not afraid to keep the party going till the early hours of the morning. So, if you've got the stamina and a burning love for live music and sports, this is your time to shine. Late finishes? Ain't no biggie for you

Now, we don't expect you to have a PhD in fermentation (although that'd be bloody impressive). But we do need someone who knows their way around a pint and can tell their lagers from their ales. If you can wax lyrical about the difference between a crisp pale ale and a rich stout, then we want to hear from you.

Your day-to-day will be all about **beer, beer**, and more **beer**. You'll be the go-to person when it comes to recommending the perfect brew to our customers. Whether they're after a refreshing thirst-quencher on a hot arvo or a hearty pint to warm them up on a chilly evening, you'll be there to guide them. We want someone who is as passionate as the rest of us about that sweet amber nectar that makes Australia great.

You will have the best customer service skills in the game, a personality hotter than a sizzling snag, and leadership skills as sharp as our finest drop. Bring your smarts, positivity, and energy. We need someone who can think quicker than a cricket ball screaming towards the stumps. This place is truly as unpredictable as a Showdown at Adelaide Oval, so you'll be making on-the-spot decisions like a seasoned professional.
