Are you an experienced Injury Management Assistant? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a progressive energy management organisation until the end of the year

**Your new role**
Reporting to the HSE Leader, you will be responsible for providing proactive and efficient administrative support to the case manager and facilitating optimum claims administration outcomes for employees who sustain compensable work-related injuries and illnesses. Your previous expertise in Injury Management processes will allow you to refine and analyse gaps in Australian Safety codes of practice, drive and process injury claims and assist with incident functions and any other administrative duties as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you must have Return to Work SA accredited Rehabilitation training and at least one year compensation claims management experience with low-risk claims. You will also have highly developed verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and ability to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships.
