TWO ROLES - HRBP & Senior HRBP - ASX listed entity >1000+ headcount - Stimulating strategic HR, delivering a landmark transformation For example - I am now working with one of my all time favourite HR leaders who heads up an HR function delivering one of the most important transformations in it's history. This tests BAU HR from strategic commercial HR and gives those involved the opportunity to prove they have not only the capability, but the actual runs on the board to be considered a stand out HR leader of the future. We're looking for street smarts, book smarts, EQ, IQ, someone who works well in a team but can think independently and we're looking for someone who enjoys ambiguity and shows leadership to others on how to manage change. Technically we're looking for generalist HRBP(s) however, this organisation runs a centre of excellence model so deep IR and Rem and Ben isn't essential however talent, OD, leadership dev and coaching are all key technical skills for these roles.
