Reporting into our HR Director, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the HR team and broader business, based at our state-of-the-art head offices on George Street, Sydney. Working with a business that houses some of Australia’s most iconic household brands, you will form a key part of our HR ‘engine room’ alongside our experienced & high performing HR team.

This is multifaceted role which is suited to an individual that is highly organised and can administer, maintain and co-ordinate HR activities across the different functions in HR - Business Partnering, Talent, Payroll, Rewards and Talent Acquisition.

**In this role you will..**
- Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partners and HR Director including but not limited to invoice management, data analysis, ad-hoc reporting.
- Support the HR team with updating policies and procedures
- Review budgets and process invoices, ensuring all costs are correct
- Support the HR Analyst in maintaining our HR information systems
- Prepare employment contracts, letters and other correspondence as required
- Ensure all new employees are set up in payroll and onboarding documentation is received and filed
- Co-ordinate the learning and development calendar, including company orientation program
- Maintain the Learning Management System
- Contribute to other HR Projects and initiatives as required

- Experience working in a HR team or a busy administration team/role
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills, including effective time management and prioritisation
- The ability to pick up new processes, systems, and knowledge quickly
- A passion to build effective working relationships and work as part of a team whilst delivering excellent customer service
