**Associate Director, Strategy, Planning and Innovation, Temporary, Sydney**

This role is a **3-year** temporary role. It is a salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $139,787 - $161,663 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join us as the Associate Director, Strategy, Planning and Innovation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading our efforts to coordinate infrastructure policy matters in NSW. Your responsibilities will include supporting robust infrastructure investment decision-making, and the implementation of complex infrastructure policy reforms by leading the analysis of a range of data and information, managing government and industry stakeholders and by developing high-quality advice.

Some of the key accountabilities for the role include:

- Plan, manage and monitor the implementation of a range of infrastructure policy initiatives using a variety of project management and collaboration tools to ensure milestones are met and outcomes and expectations are achieved.
- Lead the analysis and review of state
- and national-level infrastructure issues, strategies, reforms, service systems and operations, to inform advice and shape pragmatic solutions to improve state infrastructure outcomes.
- Undertake a range of analysis (e.g. data, policy, regulatory, best practices and market trends) and prepare visualisations for communication to senior executives in Government, and contribute to publications.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders to allow the gathering of information and analysis, and influence policy outcomes.
