**Job Description**:
We are searching for a Creative Director with a passion for having big ideas and nurturing a dynamic creative team. This is a leadership role and you’ll be involved in projects from inception to execution, and given the autonomy to solve problems, hustle for outcomes, and carve out your own meaning. As a baseline, you’ll get to deliver outstanding creative work for some of the most recognisable and progressive brands in Australia. Where you take it from there is up to you

We’re a Purpose-led Transformation agency and you’ll need to be deeply interested in Purpose-led work, for yourself and for our clients. Our take on creative is about bringing meaning to all areas of the employee and customer experience - from brand development to internal launches to TVCs and everything in between.

Day to day you’ll manage and mentor our team of creatives, help shape insights with our research team, and develop ideas that solve tricky problems and deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients.

**Qualifications**:

- +10 years experience as a Senior Creative (not essential but maybe you’ve been a Creative Director before)
- Excellent at coming up with ideas and then selling them to clients
- You have a love for strategy and the vital role it plays in the creative process
- Passionate about nurturing a team and getting the best creative work out of others
- A clear, constructive and engaging communicator—someone who knows what to ask and when, as well as how to challenge and be challenged
- Natural problem solver who can work independently or as part of a team
- High energy and passionate - driven to produce the best work possible on every brief
- Understanding and interest in current and new channels: digital, social and virtual
- Curiosity about the world, business and people - ‘why’ is a word you use often
