**ROLE OVERVIEW**

Vinsan Salvage is seeking an enthusiastic bookkeeper/administration staff member. This is a casual position based at our Bayswater yard/office.

**KEY REPONSIBILITES**
- Accounts receivable
- Invoice entry
- Assisting the office manager with other general and accounting matters/tasks
- Cash register - taking payments
- Company advertising & Social media management - Including Facebook, Instagram & Google my business
- Gumtree - advertising and responding to enquiries
- Use of Excel, Microsoft word and Outlook
- General office tasks

**CRITERIA**
- Experienced with MYOB is essential
- Proficient with Microsoft word, excel, and outlook
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information
- Australian citizen or valid right to work
- Current police clearance

**AVAILABILITY**

2-3 days per week
