The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority and has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional.courts across the state.

The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 per cent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.

**About the role**

The Manager, Strategy Evidence and Reporting is responsible for leading the Strategy, Evidence and Reporting team to develop and deliver high quality data, insights, evidence, and strategic advice to drive system improvement, demonstrate achievements and outcomes and communicate these internally and externally through reporting and other communications products, supported by strong stakeholder engagement and relationships.

**About you**

You will be an experienced team leader, with experience in working or leading in the justice or family violence context. You will have strong policy and analytical skills. You will be an effective communicator, able to advise, influence and drive outcomes across diverse contexts and with senior stakeholders.
