An exciting opportunity exists to join Zurich’s General Insurance Underwriting Services team as Team Leader International Programs.

This diverse role is responsible for the management of a specialised area, being local policy issuance in Australia and New Zealand on behalf of Zurich producing countries. You will lead a team of five coordinators, driving effective workflow and process improvement both onshore and offshore. Collaborating with global stakeholders, you will ensure policies align with local standards as you oversee a portfolio of customers across multiple lines of business and broking partners.
