WeBuild as a D&C Contractor member will be responsible for successfully delivering the project's design and construction elements We are currently looking for a
**Resourcing Coordinator** to join the HR Team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

As the Resourcing Coordinator, you will provide accurate and timely administrative support to the Resourcing and broader HR team. Your day-to-day may include:

- Developing, releasing, and monitoring job postings on all platforms, such as social media and job boards
- Promoting WeBuilds reputation as the “best place to work”

**Key Requirements for the role**:

- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in human resource management or similar (preferred, not required)
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of Job Adder as a resource management system (preferred, not required)
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and targets, prioritising tasks under pressure.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
