Position Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with the administration and management of the Human Resources function including recruiting, training, general administration with complying with legislative requirements, and the execution of employee relation activities, in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their customer service and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist with recruitment activities and administration of new joiners.
Monitor the employee performance programs to ensure reviews are timely.
Administration of policies and programs related to the management of all colleagues
Maintain the HR database and ensure all HR and employee data and information is updated in a timely manner
Coordinate, conduct, and facilitate training and development activities
Work with the corporate team to roll out training initiatives and programs
Liaise with external partners
Direct and administer employee relations programs and activities
Manage employee recognition program
Implement programs and initiatives designed to improve employee culture and engagement
Champion CSR and Workplace Health Activities

**Talent Profile**:
Preferably Tertiary education in Hospitality/Human Resource Management or a related field
Minimum of 1 years experience in HR or 2 years of hotel operations in a luxury hotel
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word & Excel and other hotel-related platforms
Familiar with other IS systems.
High attention to detail with good organisational & time management skills
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Must have unlimited working right as a Permanent Resident or Citizen
