**Client Profile**

Our client is creating a brand new space that can definitely be described as a life for less ordinary behaviour. A club for members who want to work or work out, relax and unwind or wine up and indulge. A club where a workday can feel like a holiday, and a yoga class can turn into a quiet noble bender.

As Manager you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the venue and be the host and face of the space. You will build and guide a strong and engaging management team, develop and retain an enviable member and client base, and provide a customer experience that will put your name on the proverbial map.

**To be considered for this role you will be/have**:

- Very hands on in a hosting / face of the business capacity with an engaging and warm personality and the ability to instantly build rapport with members
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, a high attention to detail and an ability to anticipate member’s needs
- Knowledgeable about the financial aspects of running a business, comfortable with budget and P&L management, and experience with labour costs and COGs
- A comprehensive and versatile knowledge of food and wine, and a good understanding of premium local, national and international hospitality venues
- Experience in guiding and developing a management team and creating an engaging and attractive work environment
- Accountability for recruitment, onboarding and training of a professional and passionate hospitality management team
- Experience with marketing and social media including content collaboration, oversight and approval
- A minimum of 5 years in a senior management role in a restaurant, club, hotel, gallery or large-scale social space
- The ability to network and engage and encourage new memberships and membership renewal
