Membership Consultant (20hrs/week, casual)

We're on the hunt for a rockstar Membership Consultant to join our crew at Anytime Fitness Perth CBD. Think community vibes, creative freedom, and the chance to be part of a gym that's actually fun to work in.

You'll be the go-to person for new leads, social media energy, and building genuine connections with our members. We want someone who can pick up the phone, jump on socials, and bring fresh ideas to the table without being told twice.

The role

· hours/week

·       Fixed Mondays + alternate Fridays/Saturdays

·       One extra flex day mid-week - Wednesday ideal

What you'll be doing

·       Hitting targets (we'll help you get there)

·       Owning the sales process from lead to join

·       Creating content and campaigns that actually work

·       Being the face and vibe of the gym – on the floor, on the phone, and online

What we're looking for

·       Big personality, even bigger people skills

·       Sales or customer service experience

·       Confident on camera, Insta, and in real life

·       Someone who thrives in a team and isn't afraid to take initiative
