**About the Role**:
As the Store Manager of our Flagship location in Perth CBD, you will spearhead a high-performing team toward success. Your primary focus will be to lead, develop, and empower your team to exceed service standards while taking responsibility for the overall store operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coach and lead a team of 10+ individuals to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Demonstrate unwavering leadership and foster team engagement.
- Drive continual development in the team's service approach to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and nurture customer loyalty through genuine, lasting relationships.
- Maintain exceptional store presentation and innovative visual appeal.
- Oversee store processes, policies, and ensure accurate inventory management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous retail leadership experience is essential.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within homewares/furniture retail.
- An influential leadership style that motivates teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong visual merchandising skills with a knack for creative ideas.
- Effective communication skills and confidence in using various computer systems.
- An adaptable and approachable team player.
