Data Migration Lead

Our Enterprise Technology & System Integration team brings together skills in intelligent automation, data engineering, software integration and cloud platforms to help our clients align their technology capabilities with their strategic and operational objectives. We also draw on KPMG’s extensive national and global resources, adopting a multidisciplinary approach to help unlock the full potential of existing and new technology investments.

**Your Opportunity**

As a Data Migration Lead within our Technology Advisory team, you will play a crucial role by:

- Managing the execution of sophisticated data migration projects, leveraging your expertise to guide the team and ensure all activities align with project goals.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and the broader business impacts of data migration, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the process.
- Lead a team of data migration specialists, providing mentorship and support to foster their growth and ensure project success.
- Implement robust data quality assurance processes to identify and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Supervise the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for data migration, ensuring the rapid troubleshooting of any issues that arise to maintain project momentum.

- Extensive experience in data migration and project management, with a focus on either ERP, SCM, HCM, EAM or Property and Rating.
- Proven track record of leading successful data migration projects.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of multitasking and meeting stringent deadlines.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with data modelling and data cleaning techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with TechnologyOne, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle Fusion Applications is desirable.
