We are seeking a Change Analyst to join our Sydney Advisory practice on a full-time permanent basis. This role will support the Change Manager in ensuring the overall change management implementation is aligned to business policies, providing adequate support and input through the implementation of change

You would be responsible for
- Assisting with identifying the impacts resulting from changes to people, process, systems and culture
- Plan and lead the facilitation of change impact discussions with stakeholders to identify and quantify impacts, risks and issues
- The development and delivery of key documentation to support the successful implementation of change activities
- Document change impact assessment outcomes
- Support the development of training plans, implementation plans and deployment of both

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in managing change.
- Comfortable designing/developing/delivering change communications & artifacts
- Strong interpersonal skills building relationships, influencing, coaching and facilitating sessions (inc. ad hoc business requirements gathering)
- Experience working with JIRA & AGILE

This opportunity would be a hybrid part work from home, part office based. You will be working on projects within the Financial Services, Utilities and Government sectors.
