About the role
Calvary is undergoing an exciting business transformation to place us at the forefront of healthcare and achieve our ambition to be the health provider of choice.

As the Change Analyst, you will provide hands on support to implement engaging change management strategies and enabling Calvary to enhance employee and consumer experience across the organisation.

**Your main duties will include**:
Performing change impact assessments across people, process and platforms;
Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement plans;
Supporting communication solutions with a focus on achieving awareness, desire and adoption of changes;
About you
Demonstrable hands on approach to change and projects
Highly motivated and self-reliant
Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with team members, internal/external clients, stakeholders and service providers
Excellent, demonstrated written and oral communication skills across a diverse range of stakeholders
