We are currently seeking a skilled **Administration Support Officer** to join our team at our St Kilda location.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, binding, and filing.
- Oversee the management of office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
- Assist with preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and other important documents.
- Manage expenses through Flexi purchase.
- Ensure inquiries are routed to the correct person or department.
- Coordinate meetings for leadership, including scheduling, room bookings, and preparing necessary materials.
- Arrange business travel, including car hire, accommodations, and itineraries for staff as needed.
- Provide coordination and support for leadership team events and appointments.
- Respond to inquiries and offer assistance as needed.
- Ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere for visitors to the office.
- Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and safety to support day-to-day operations.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new staff.
- Organize catering for meetings and events.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by the team or management.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
