**Our award winning experience couldn't be possible without our star tradespeople so to keep our exceptionally high standards we are looking for an experienced professional to find, vet and onboard new tradespeople who fit our company ethos.**

**You will have a trade or recruitment background within the construction industry, experience in hiring, interviewing and most importantly know what make a great sub contractor.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Searching for tradespeople on platforms like hipages, oneflare, serviceseeking....etc**:

- **Onboard new companies, guide them through our process and answer questions.**:

- **Strategise on improving the contractor experience**

**Qualifications**
- **5+ years of experience in a similar role**:

- **Consturctuon experieince**:

- **Experience working at a small company or other role in a fluid / evolving environment**:

- **Resourceful and scrappy problem solver, a keen ability to find and filter necessary information and solve problems**

**Work on your own terms. This role is flexible, work on your own terms. Most likely 10-20 hours a week to start with.**

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
