We are seeking a dynamic Education Consultant [VET] to support a designated group of Independent schools in NSW to deliver high-quality and compliant VET programs as part of the AISNSW RTO. The role provides end-to-end support for schools, their VET compliance officers and VET teachers. Key aspects of this work include induction, onboarding, credentialing, calendar coordination, professional learning and compliance activities across multiple programs.

**Here is what you'll do**:
- Provide advice, support and guidance to AISNSW RTO member schools regarding all aspects of VET, School-Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships and externally delivered VET (EVET)
- Coordinate and deliver structured induction programs for new schools, VET Compliance Officers and teachers.
- Manage the credentialing process for Assessors, ensuring currency of qualifications, vocational competencies, and industry experience.
- Create the systems, resources, policies and procedures, including assessment tools aligned with the Standards for RTOs 2025, and support schools to implement the Standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver an annual calendar of high-quality professional learning events, which could be delivered face to face, via webinars or via self-paced online learning units.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with VET Compliance Officers, teachers and school leaders and with external stakeholders.
- Represent and advocate for the AISNSW RTO in a variety of forums.
**About You**:
- **Program Manager**: You have deep practical experience in VET program administration and compliance, underpinned by your understanding of the ASQA Standards for RTOs and the VET regulatory environment.
- **Collaborator**: You have a genuine enjoyment of working with and supporting others.
- **Practical Solution Maker**: You are known for your precision, analytical thinking and ability to find practical solutions.
- **Facilitator**:You have experience with designing and facilitating engaging workshops and presentations.

**Your Qualifications And Skills**
- Degree in education or business
- Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation
- Experience in or understanding of school-based VET delivery. Familiarity with school settings and independent schools
**Desirable**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) Qualifications in one or more VET industry areas.
**What we need**:
- Full-time availability, Sydney-based role
- Ability to travel overnight from time to time.
