**Carpet Cleaning Technician - Contractor**

Systematic training is provided for applicants with or without experience, together with career and business skill development opportunities. We provide flexible employment or contracting payments depending on the right applicants’ situations, for employment-based, we pay more than the award rate plus a performance-based bonus; for contracting, depending on experience/skills, the rate is performance-based, better than the market average.

**THE POSITION IS ONLY OPEN FOR (SUB-CONTRACTORS ONLY).**

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Available for SUB-CONTRACTORS ONLY.
- Performance bonuses and commissions are paid on a weekly basis if you try to upsell and promote other products and services.
- 20% commission for up-sales
- 10% commission for closed business deals
- Contractor Percentage to be discussed during Initial and Final interview

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Willing to work and keep learning in this industry.
- Willing to do SALES.
- Have a current open driver’s license.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have an employment history demonstrating a strong work ethic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carpet, upholstery cleaning, domestic and commercial cleaning
- Experience in pest control and flood restoration is a plus
- A pest control license will be a huge advantage.
- Positively recommending additional products and services to customers.
- Customer Service.
- Use and general maintenance of machinery.
- Preparation of daily paperwork and receipt of payments from customers.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

- Flexible hours
- Morning shift
- On call
