As a Technical Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the development of technical designs in programming languages including Microsoft Tech (C#,.NET core, Entity Framework) and developing on Azure PaaS/IaaS, Microservices, Azure Data Factory & DevOps.

**About the role**
- Create high-level designs that effectively translate functional requirements into streamlined business processes
- Lead successful project delivery by taking charge of business value assessment and requirement elaboratio
- Actively participate in requirement gathering, design, and construction phases to ensure the high-level technical perspective aligns with project objectives
- Supervise onsite and offshore technical teams to ensure daily activities meet quality standards
- Manage multiple customer-facing projects and play a pivotal role in shaping business requirements and change requests

**About the You**
- Atleast 12 years of experience, skilled in technical design and development of.NET/Azure cloud solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft technologies such as C#,.NET core, Entity Framework, SQL server, and MVC, as well as Azure PaaS/IaaS, Microservices, Azure Data Factory, and DevOps.
- Solid background in software development including design patterns, data structures, and test-driven development (TDD).
- Utilizes Agile methodology and frameworks, especially SCRUM, to produce optimal outcomes.
- Possesses exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities, ideal for fostering cooperative and communicative relationships with clients and team members alike.
