Technical Lead

**Job Description**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.
- Overall 15 -20 years in IT industry with min 10+ years of experience in technical design, development.NET /Azure cloud solutions, ability to drive multiple projects, customer facing roles.
- Ability to collaborate with customers & drive new initiatives.
- Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages and coding - Microsoft Technologies (C#,.NET core, Entity framework, SQL server, MVC) Azure PaaS/IaaS, Microservices, Azure Data Factory & DevOps.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development (TDD).
- Provide technical and thought leadership to teams of software developers engaged in implementation of projects, working in a distributed development environment.
- Well versed with Microsoft technologies, Azure Cloud & DevOps.
- Develop high level designs for converting functional requirements into business processes.
- Play a leading role in the business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases.
- Actively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases and ensure the successful delivery of the project from a high-level technical perspective.
- Participate in discussions with customers to crystallize business requirements and change requests.
- Coordinate between business units within Alcoa & work closely with business owners & identify new business opportunities & support wherever required.
- Manage daily activities of Technical team(s) both onsite and offshore as needed.
- Provide mentoring, assistance and feedback to the development team on all technical matters and team deliverables;
- Review pull requests, create/maintain Azure CI/CD pipelines and ARM templates.
- Collaboration with other teams across the globe (availability for some night conference calls during the week).

- Blazor and Angular (nice to have)
- Azure IaaS/PaaS
- Azure DevOps
- Entity Framework
- Azure SQL Server and Azure Data Factory
- Experienced in Agile methodology and frameworks, preferable SCRUM
- Good communication skills
