Position Title -Senior .NET Developer – Optimisation

About the Role

Lead the enhancement of optimisation algorithms and backend services supporting dynamic task allocation. Work closely with architects, developers, and domain experts to improve performance and efficiency across autonomous systems.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Maths, CompSci, or related field
  • 7+ years in .NET software development
  • 3+ years in optimisation algorithms
  • Strong C# and .NET proficiency
  • Experience with real-time and microservice systems

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design scalable assignment engines
  • Implement mathematical models in C#
  • Optimise routing and asset utilisation
  • Mentor developers in optimisation principles
  • Contribute to reusable NuGet components
