We are a Botique dental clinic providing bespoke comprehensive implant and cosmetic dental services in Pascoe Vale.

what your responsibilities will be:

- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, billing, and patient and staff relations.
- Create, establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure practice efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, including dental assistants and receptionists.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and billing information.
- Coordinate with dental providers and specialists to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Motivate office personnel to serve patients and strategise Growth and productivity.

What we are looking for:

- Qualification in business management, practice management or equivalent is highly regarded
- Polished people management skills with proven experiance to lead and inspire teams to encourage & enhance staff productivity and performance.
- Prior experience in leadership and people management is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to evaluate and interpret financial data and metrics to drive growth
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

**Salary**: Up to $90,000.00 per year
